Partner Projektu IMPULSI zorganizował webinar upowszechniający w ramach projektu „LEarning Outcomes in adult education” w dniu 23 maja 2024.

On May 23rd, a highly engaging webinar was held as part of the Erasmus+ project: Learning Outcomes in Adult Education, project No. 2022-2-PL01-KA210-ADU-000094502. The focus was on the critical topic of interpersonal skills for trainers and educators. This event attracted trainers, HR professionals, and individuals passionate about personal development, providing a rich platform for learning and interaction.

The webinar delved into essential interpersonal skills, emphasizing active listening, effective communication, stress resistance, and adaptability. Participants were actively engaged in various activities designed to enhance these skills. These hands-on experiences allowed attendees to immediately apply the concepts discussed, fostering a deeper understanding and practical mastery.

The session was a resounding success, leaving participants equipped with valuable tools and techniques to improve their professional interactions and personal growth.
